MINI Australia has unveiled the first-ever all-electric John Cooper Works (JCW) models: the MINI JCW and JCW Aceman. These high-performance electric vehicles bring together cutting-edge electric technology with the iconic MINI design, arriving locally in Q1 2025. Pricing starts at $63,990 (MRLP) for the MINI JCW and $65,990 (MRLP) for the JCW Aceman.
Performance Meets Electric Innovation
Both models feature an advanced electric motor delivering 190kW of power and 350Nm of torque to the front wheels. The MINI JCW accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds, while the JCW Aceman achieves this in 6.4 seconds. Each has a top speed of 200 km/h, demonstrating their capability as thrilling drivers’ cars.
Battery and Range
Equipped with a 54.2kWh (gross) high-voltage battery, these all-electric JCW models offer impressive ranges:
- MINI JCW: Up to 371km (WLTP)
- JCW Aceman: Up to 355km (WLTP)
These ranges ensure practicality for daily commutes while offering enough capacity for longer journeys. Charging is streamlined, making it convenient for modern electric vehicle owners.
