The parent company of AusEV, Bosscap Group, is championing Australian innovation at the Commonwealth Business Forum and other United Nations events in Samoa this week.
Bosscap’s participation underscores a significant step towards enhancing the region’s energy independence and sustainability, as it prepares to roll out Ford F-150 Lightning vehicles across the Indo-Pacific region.
The company converts F-150 Lightning models at scale out of its Brisbane manufacturing facility, for use within the Australian market and for export.
According to Bosscap, the vehicles feature on-board vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology that will help the region transition to cleaner energy sources while also enhancing energy security.
“Nations across the Pacific are at the forefront of the climate change battle, and our goal is to deliver innovative, sustainable energy solutions,” said Bosscap Group CEO, Edward Kocwa.
“As a 100% Australian-owned company, we are proud to contribute to our region’s renewable energy transition through advanced electric vehicles and solutions that align with local needs.”
The F-150 Lightning rollout will support the Pacific’s clean energy transition by providing cutting-edge electric vehicle technology, reducing dependency on fossil fuels and supporting long-term sustainability goals.
Bosscap Group says it is committed to not only advancing Australian business interests but also supporting the broader international push for a greener, more resilient future – starting with the Pacific region.
