Most EV or PHEV models are far from basic and often come in a higher specification level than the base model ICE version. Most Fleet Managers forget about this when making Whole of Life Cost (WOLC) comparisons. Employees will get a higher quality vehicle which improves their overall satisfaction with the PHEV or EV experience making the EV transition program go smoother.
