Lexus has announced the latest version on the UX 300e will arrive in June with buyers receiving some great benefits via the Encore Platinum program that you don’t get with the purchase of an ICE model.
Benefit programs for luxury manufacturers have changed over the years with many losing their attraction to novated lease buyers as the exclusive offers and cost savings disappeared. With the introduction on electric vehicles, Lexus have partnered with Chargefox to provide EV buyers with the ultimate ownership experience.
When you purchase the UX 300e or NX 450h+, in a novated lease or as a private buyer, you’ll be enrolled in the Encore Platinum program. Along with a number of benefits (which are also available to ICE vehicle buyers), you’ll get a 7kW ABB home charger installed at zero cost by Chargefox. UX 300e owners will also get complimentary charging for three years.
Chargefox claims to have the largest charging network in Australia and is adding to the network every year aiming to 5,000 EV plugs nationally by 2025. In 2022, Chargefox was purchased by Australian Motoring Services (AMS) which made up of Australian Mobility Clubs including the NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAC, RAA and RACT.
The Encore Platinum owner benefits program also includes the pioneering Lexus on Demand, where members are invited to borrow another Lexus up to four times during their membership, for up to eight days at a time. For example, NX 450h+ owners could borrow the luxurious LS for an important business trip, the stunning LC coupe for a stylish weekend getaway, or a UX 300e to experience the first Lexus BEV.
