At the heart of both vehicles is the IM Digital Chassis, which integrates control of the steering, braking, suspension, and electric drive system. The result is smooth lane changes at high speeds and a class-leading tight turning circle—just 4.99m for the IM5 and 5.09m for the IM6—thanks to bi-directional rear-wheel steering.
The vehicles are built on a high-efficiency 800V SiC architecture, delivering ultra-fast charging (30% to 80%) in just 15.2 minutes and up to 755km of range (NEDC). The dual-motor IM5 Performance variant produces a combined 802Nm of torque and accelerates faster than many sports cars.
