Warren was introduced to trucks as a young apprentice, fresh out of high school he started his trade as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic. After a period of working in workshops with truck manufacturers smaller workshops, the lure of the open road, and the increased remuneration, drew him into driving trucks (not being covered in grease everyday also had its attraction.) Over the last 30 years as a truck driver, some of that time as an Owner Driver, Warren estimates he has travelled more than five million kilometres in the cabin. Since 2015 Warren has spread his time between driving trucks and writing articles for multiple industry publications and sharing his unique perspectives as a professional driver.
