In November, Hyundai and Europcar announced a new partnership which puts hundreds of high-tech Hyundai electric vehicles into the hands of Australian drivers.
In the biggest Australian EV deployment in Europcar’s history, 270 IONIQs will be placed in Europcar locations across the country – 120 IONIQ 5 SUVs and 150 IONIQ 6 sedans.
The Hyundai IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 won consecutive World Car of the Year Awards in 2022 and 2023, also winning World Electric Vehicle of the Year and World Car Design of the Year in both years – a consecutive triple win that is an unprecedented achievement for any automotive brand. IONIQ 5 and 6 are among the most efficient, fast and beautiful electric vehicles in the world, and are available to rent from Europcar now.
The cutting-edge electric vehicles are also available to drive longer term via myEuropcar subscription. myEuropcar provides the ease and flexibility of a one, three, six or 12-month subscription, perfect for those who wish to trial the practicality, performance and day-to-day driving capability of an EV over a longer period, prior to making the step to purchase.
